of Commerce. The award was presented Saturday night at the Chamber’s annual banquet, recognizing organizations that demonstrate exceptional service, impact, and commitment to strengthening the community. The honor highlights Community Well TX’s continued dedication to expanding access to mental health, wellness,
and supportive resources across Fannin County and surrounding communities. Over the past year, the organization has grown its outreach programs, deepened partnerships with local leaders, and provided essential services to individuals and families seeking connection, care, and community. “This recognition is deeply meaningful to our entire team,” said Stephanie Chandler, CEO

About Community Well TX Community Well TX is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening mental health, resilience, and overall wellness through accessible programs and community partnerships. Its services include Baby Bright Beginnings, QPR suicide prevention training, and post
vention support through the LOSS Team. Community Well TX also leads and collaborates on initiatives such as the Walk 4 Hope Suicide Awareness event, the Empower Her Luncheon, the Fannin Behavioral Health Leadership Team, the Pray & Train series, and specialized support for first responders— all aimed at nurturing the well being of individuals and families across the community.
