Physically challenged persons:
The physically challenged with more than 60% altered working ability pay children’s rates when presenting official documentation.
Loss of ski passes:
Lost or misplaced ski passes are not replaced. No refunds possible if facilities close due to acts of nature beyond control, or due to technical problems.

Inspections and abuse: Your ticket is inspected at the valley stations

Attention: When riding chairlifts you may not open the safety gate until you have reached the sign (LED bar) at the summit station telling you to do so. Alpine rescue and piste inspections: Carried out by Piste
Assistance. The last piste inspection is carried out shortly after the lifts have officially closed for the day. The pistes are closed from 4:30pm onwards! Pistes closed! Watch out for hazards caused by snow groomers, winches, snow cannons and the like.
Lift rules for children:
Children ranging in height from 1.10 to 1.25 m may use the chair lifts and T-bar lifts in company with adults (on the lap or next to an adult on the chair lift). Children younger than 3 years or shorter than 1.10 may only use the gondola lifts and the chair lifts accompanied by an adult (on the lap or next to an adult on the chair lift). Children younger than 3 years or shorter than 1.10 m are not allowed to use the T-bar lifts. Please see the notices hanging next to the lifts for further safety rules.

Nauders offers great opportunities for tobogganing, with 2 toboggan runs. The 8 km long Bergkastel toboggan run in Nauders is one of the longest toboggan runs in Tirol. The Bergkastel cable car takes you to the start at 2,200 m above sea level. The 4.5 km Lärchenalm toboggan run is floodlit on Thursdays. Toboggan rental at the ticket office cable car center.
