CAN I USE MY PITCH AS A PERMANENT RESIDENCE?
No. Brick Kiln Park is for holiday use only and cannot be used as a permanent residential address. All pitches are subject to a minimum 3-month licence term.
WHAT TYPES OF PITCHES ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer a mixture of grassed and hardstanding pitches, providing options to suit different touring caravan requirements. We have a storage area for those who don’t want to utilise their caravan whilst it is on site.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY PITCH FEE?
Your annual pitch fee includes:
• Electric hook-up
• Electricity usage
• Water
HOW MUCH DOES A PITCH COST?
The 2026 annual licence fee is £2,400 (including VAT).
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT BRICK KILN?
Yes, we welcome children on site, making Brick Kiln a great base for family breaks and exploring Norfolk.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Yes, dogs are welcome at Brick Kiln. For everyone’s enjoyment and safety, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on the park.
IS THERE WI-FI AVAILABLE?
Wi-Fi is not currently available on site. If you require internet access during your stay, you can purchase a personal Wi-Fi dongle or mobile data solution for your own use.
IS THERE A RECEPTION OR STAFF BASED ON SITE?
Brick Kiln is a satellite-managed park. While there is not a permanent reception team on site, contractors visit the park daily and support is available when required.
CAN I VISIT THE PARK BEFORE MAKING A DECISION?
Yes, we welcome prospective customers to visit the park. When arriving, please park near the grass verge by the height barriers, ensuring the driveway remains clear, and walk down to the main park area.
