They also remember good times shared with him on the putting green. “Golf was a passion of his,” said Amanda Wiggins, current chamber president. “We hope to continue to honor the legacy of Ed Stolmaker, a longtime and very beloved member of our community, through a tournament that he loved putting on each year.” On Friday, Aug. 25, the Marana Chamber of Commerce will celebrate its annual golf tournament in memory of Stolmaker. Part of the proceeds will go to its nonprofit sponsor, Sol Dog Lodge. Local businesses are encouraged to register as spots are filling fast. Participants can register through the Marana Chamber website and commit to varied sponsor levels, everything from golf balls and tournament towels to
