he Marana Unified School District is hosting an employee job fair from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Quail Run Elementary Cafeteria, 4600 W. Cortaro Farms Road, Tucson. Attendees are required to schedule an appointment at 520-616-6318. The Marana district is seeking support and certified/exempt staff for numerous openings, including:

he Pima County Planning and Zoning Commission has granted further continuances regarding communications developer Vertical Bridge LLC‘s requests for wireless communications facilities. On Wednesday, Jan. 11, the commission reviewed the Nov. 30, 2022, agenda summary, where the three
Type III conditional use permit requests were voted to grant continuances for North Bobcat Lane, North Red Sunset Trail and West Manville Road. The commission had voted to approve the cell tower application for South Sierrita Mountain Road. These requests will be discussed at the next Planning and Zoning Commision meeting on Wednesday, March 1, due to Rodeo Break, the commission said.
