Sutcliffe Matson Law is pleased to announce Breanna Fuller has moved into partnership with Braden Matson. From 1 July 2026, Breanna formally stepped into her new role as Director alongside Braden, marking an exciting and significant milestone in her legal career. This month also marks 11 years since Breanna joined Sutcliffe Matson Law (formerly Frost & Sutcliffe), having joined as a Law Clerk in 2015.
For Lulu Li, travel is about more than reaching a destination, it’s about discovery, connection, and finding meaning along the way. A Half Moon Bay local for nearly 20 years, Lulu brings a global perspective shaped by a lifetime of travel and a career spanning STA Travel, American Express in London, China Travel Services, Flight Centre Travel Group, and now Travel Culture. Having travelled to more than 30 countries, she combines first-hand experience with expert knowledge to create meaningful journeys for her clients.
A key area of Breanna’s practice involves advising on trusts. Trusts can be a useful succession planning tool and play an important role for those seeking asset protection. However, the benefits a trust can provide are only achieved when properly established and actively managed. Poor administration, outdated documentation, and lack of trustee engagement can undermine the intended purpose of a trust. Born in China and fluent in Mandarin, Lulu regularly returns to China and specialises in small-group experiences that uncover authentic culture beyond the usual tourist trail. She’s also passionate about creating women-only journeys for travellers aged 40-60, focused on wellness, connection, and personal renewal. As a Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) member and certified Cruise Ambassador, Lulu specialises in cruise travel, particularly Antarctic expeditions and South Pacific travel. Her philosophy is simple: “To see the water, to see the mountains, to see within.” Lulu takes the time to listen, advise, and create journeys that feel truly personal.

Hi, I’m Theresa, Director of Kip McGrath Howick. When Graham and I moved from South Africa to Auckland in 2014, I never imagined how naturally our love of building would grow into Stonewood Homes Auckland East and South.
Before owning Kip McGrath Howick, I worked in senior leadership roles at Baradene College and Saint Kentigern College, where I saw first-hand how the right support can completely change a student’s trajectory. After more than 20 years in sales and interior design, I’ve learned that being a woman in construction is a real strength, not a hurdle. To me, you’re never just a client; you’re part of the family. That, honestly, is the work I’m most proud of. Running a business alongside my husband has taught me our differences are our advantage. Graham brings decades of construction expertise, while I bring the heart, the design eye, and the relationships. There are still rooms I walk into where people expect to talk to him first, and I’ve made peace with quietly proving them wrong through the work.
