At the core of TIGER 21 is a commitment to helping Members not only preserve and grow their wealth but also navigate the complex responsibilities that come with exceptional financial success. Carefully vetted Members, including accomplished entrepreneurs, experienced investors, and former CEOs with investable assets ranging from $20 million to over $1 billion, join highly confidential, Chair-led Groups of 12 to 15 peers
These monthly meetings provide a trusted forum for candid discussions around investment strategy, legacy and estate planning, family dynamics, philanthropy, and the personal and professional challenges of wealth stewardship.
In addition to local Groups, TIGER 21 offers specialized formats including Global Groups for Members with multiple residences or frequent travel and Family Office Groups for principals overseeing or operating Single Family Offices.

In 2021, TIGER 21 launched its first Family Office Group in response to feedback from existing Members.
Many Principals, while finding great value in their core Groups, have expressed a desire to connect more deeply with peers who are also leading or building Single Family Offices and navigating unique challenges in governance, intergenerational planning, wealth transfer, and operational design.
The demand was clear and the response overwhelming What began as a pilot quickly proved to be one of TIGER 21’s most impactful innovations. Since that time, we’ve launched more than half a dozen Family Office Groups, with plans for continued global expansion

TIGER 21 Family Office Chairs are skilled facilitators who lead with executive presence, humility, and depth of experience. Each Chair forms a peer-to-peer learning Group made up of 10–12 accomplished individuals Chairs possess a deep understanding of the Single Family Office landscape and skillfully facilitate conversations around governance, succession, legacy, family dynamics, operational structure, and the nuanced realities of managing wealth at scale.
As a Family Office Chair, you will:

Lead quarterly, in-person meetings and additional virtual sessions with 10–12 Single Family Office principals, creating space for deep, confidential dialogue.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

Accomplished background as a business leader, entrepreneur, investor, wealth advisor, or Family Office executive.
Well-versed in governance, estate planning, succession, intergenerational wealth transfer, and philanthropy. Direct experience advising or leading a Single Family Office is a strong plus.
Well-networked within the ultra-high-net-worth and Family Office space, with the relationships to support Group growth and Member engagement.
Brings presence, empathy, and discretion to the room and is able to guide high-impact, confidential peer conversations while fostering trust and open dialogue.
Comfortable discussing investment strategy and attuned to the unique needs and concerns of UHNW families.
Believes in the power of shared experience to drive personal and professional growth and has a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of wealth with clarity and confidence.
Able to dedicate time to the successful launch and longterm success of the Group, including quarterly in-person meetings and virtual engagements.

While the intrinsic rewards of chairing a TIGER 21 Group are profound, the role also offers significant financial opportunity Chairs overseeing a full Group typically earn a six-figure income as independent contractors, with the flexibility to lead one or more Groups Many Chairs also have the chance to lead a traditional TIGER 21 Group in addition to a Family Office Group, expanding both their impact and reach. With an average quarterly commitment of 30 to 35 hours once a Group is established, the Chair role offers a rare combination of flexibility, fulfillment, and influence.
