We are Jennifer Thornett and Micah Corder of Thornett+Corder, established 18 years ago

As industry veterans and a top-producing partnership, we provide a signature, white-glove concierge service in Northern Virginia and DC’s luxury real estate market Our extensive track record spans 25+ years of transactions and over 1 billion in sales, building a reputation of integrity and extraordinary service, as we truly treat each client as we would want to be treated

Jennifer has worked tirelessly over decades to serve her clients with personal and professional integrity, attention to detail and unsurpassed dedication, earning numerous awards and designations What began as a family business has grown to encompass hundreds of clients and transactions as Jennifer has finetuned her expertise in Northern Virginia, building on a deep and lifelong investment in her community that would eventually lead her to specialize in new construction and home renovations in addition to real estate

Micah, having worked as an associate for a number of established firms in the D C Metro area, joined Jennifer in 2007 Together, we have developed a deep appreciation for building true relationships, which is evident in the daily operations of our business (and also in Micah’s love of golf!)

In addition to our fine-tuned sense of the market, we have represented many builders both in land acquisition and sales With four children each, and as lifelong residents of Northern Virginia, our involvement in many school activities, non-profits and committees keeps us abreast and knowledgeable of community developments in the local private and public school systems This makes us much more than just your real estate agents We’re your neighbors, friends, and trusted consultants for life (and if you ever need last-minute cupcakes for a school event, we probably know where to find them)

Our Marketing and Operations Manager, Julia Cheung, a seasoned Communications Professional and former Freelance Journalist from Canada, joined the team in 2018 Our Associate Realtor, Caleb Smith, has served clients on a wide array of transactions in a short time with confidence, hard work, and dedication, earning NVAR top producer in his first year in the business!
