yesterday reassured Nigerians that Union Bank, Keystone Bank, and Polaris Bank have the capacity to
meet the minimum recapitalisation requirements and are actively in the process of raising the necessary
funds. On Tuesday, the CBN confirmed that 33 banks have met the revised
minimum capital thresholds set under the recapitalisation programme, collectively raising N4.65 trillion over
