The country's total external merchandise trade recorded a favourable trade balance of N6.5

trillion in the second quarter of the year (Q2 2024), the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said yesterday.

The trade performance promptly drew accolades from President Bola Tinubu, who attributed the feat to
