As part of the MBA program, Anthony Trobek completed an 8-week internship in the Operations Department at The Primary Health Network in Sharon, Pennsylvania ā using lessons from the MBA program to aid in The Primary Health Networkās cause.
Aided in audit material collection and research for the food program. Worked along side the Operations team to carry out essential operations ā from research, to policy implementation, to community outreach.
Reviewed, gathered, and analyzed documentation for a semi-annual audit ā crucial to the growth of the organization.
Gathered a group of local residents to participate in PHNās food program ā providing food to people in need across Western Pennsylvania.
Encouraged engagement, tracked community participation, and prepared reports that detailed the impact of the organization in the Shenango Valley.

As part of the MBA program, Zachary Dillingham completed a robust graduate assistantship in Thielās Office of Communications & Marketingāturning classroom learning into hands-on strategy, content creation, and leadership.
Partnered with the Director of Communications to plan and complete a special projectā developing a full marketing minicampaign from research to launch.
Created and scheduled digital content, captured photo/video at events, and helped shape Thielās voice across major platforms.
