LEVEL II VENTURING OUT PACKAGE Physics EXCURSION to iFly Grade 11 April, 2023 Dear Parents, Re: Physics excursion to iFly Grade 11 May 8th, 2023 The grade 11 Physics group will travel to iFly Oakville and learn the physics behind in-door skydiving on May 8, 2023. We will be departing from the school, specifically from 1320 Yonge St. at 8:30 a.m., and returning to York School at 1:00 p.m. Enclosed with this letter you will find an Excursion Information Form that outlines the educational rationale for the trip, our activities, risks associated with the trip, important contact information, and financial information. Please read the information carefully as it forms the basis of your consent for your child’s participation. Families who elect to not send their children to attend this school excursion in-person should contact their child’s teacher as soon as possible, so they can plan accordingly.
