18 Recipe Kimchi
Ingredient
1 Large Radish, 3T Coarse Salt, 6 Green Onions, 1 Large green onion
Seasoning
2T Garlic, 1/2T Ginger, 3T Glutinous Rice Paste, 2T Salted Shrimp, 1T Anchovy Sauce
How to make it
Wash the radish cleanly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Add 3T salt and a little bit of sweetener to the radish and salt it. (Salt it for about 30 minutes - if you salt it for too long, the crispiness will disappear.)
Discard only 1/3 of the water from the radish that has been salted for 30 minutes.
Add 4T red pepper powder and mix until the radish is coated with red pepper powder.
Chop 1 large green onion and 5-6 green onions then add them to 4. (Green onions bring out the refreshing taste of radish.)
Add 2T garlic, 1/2T ginger, 3T glutinous rice paste, 2T salted shrimp, and 1T anchovy sauce and mix well.
