The Waves has in the past held an annual Sports Awards evening, recognising the sports people of our Sub Clubs and contributions made by the many volunteers. This year we have changed the focus to show our appreciation to the volunteers of our Sub Clubs. Our volunteers play an integral role in enabling our Sub Club members to participate in their chosen activity.
For those of you that were awarded Club Person of the Year with your respective Sub Club, congratulations. You should be extremely proud of your award and your selfless contribution.
Without the countless hours our volunteers dedicate to their club, our Sub Clubs would cease to exist, so a sincere thank you on behalf of The Waves Team.
