Hello
I can't believe we are already up to the June/July edition of ClubChat, and let me assure you that this edition will be just as exciting as the previous editions. Now that the last of the COVID restrictions have been lifted, life here at The Waves has returned to normal (well the new normal). Our new menu is proving to be very popular with our members and visitors, especially our entrée and chicken selections. The weekly dinner specials have continued to be a hit amongst our members. The value and quality that is being offered speaks for itself. On top of these dinner specials, our amazing chefs also create a mouthwatering selection of chef specials that are available Friday, Saturday and Sundays for lunch and dinner. Great news is we will be continuing to offer our $12.50 lunch only specials seven days a week. At The Waves we like to spoil our members. Our Members Draw is conducted Saturday night between 6:00pm and 7:00pm and is open to all financial members who are 18 years or older. At the time of printing the members jackpot was at $2,800. Don’t forget we also offer a $50 consolation prize for the closest membership number if the jackpot is not claimed (see page 13 - terms and conditions apply). For the next two months we have a beer and wine of the month. The beer of the month is Asahi. This is the first time we have stocked it on The Waves shelves and we can't wait to see it be a hit with our members and guests. The wine of the month is Madam Sass. We have catered for all wine drinkers as we will be offering it in a Pino Grigio, Rose and also Pinot Noir. Remember to drink responsibly.
By now all of our members know that we love a hamper giveaway. We will be giving away 10 x $100 Christmas hampers to 10 lucky members on Tuesday, 26 July between 7:00pm and 9:00pm. To enter this giveaway simply play one of our 69 gaming machines with your membership card inserted and you will automatically receive entries into our virtual barrel. It is open to all financial members of the Waves Club Caloundra who are 18 years of age or older. Terms and conditions apply and gamble responsibly. In our gaming room, Waves of Cash 2.0 has been extended for the next two months due to its popularity. Every Friday night throughout June and July we will be giving away $500 cash to two lucky members (2 x $250 cash draws). Its simple to enter and is open to all financial members 18 years of age or older. Draws are between 5:00pm and 7:00pm. Terms and conditions apply. We are continuing our entertainment every Friday and Saturday night and have some exciting acts coming over the next two months. See page 12 for more details.
