Legal Highs – What’s Next? Psychoactive substances are off the shelf for now but some will be back once the government has put a testing regime in place. Your Councillors are joining the Wanaka Alcohol Group to hold an open forum this Wednesday night to hear what the community would like the Council to do about legal highs and outline options to control their availability. This could include a bylaw that would make it illegal to use or distribute psychoactive substances in a public place.
