Employee Golf & Facility Use FAQ A quick guide to your golf, fitness, and facility benefits We're glad to share the benefits available to you as a Valley Club employee, along with answers to the questions that come up most often. Employee golf remains an important benefit. The updated policy simply adds structure around when staff may play and how guests are approved, so that staff access and member experience both work well. If you have a question that isn't covered here, your department head or the General Manager is always happy to help.
Playing Golf Does The Valley Club support employee golf? Yes. Employee golf is an important benefit. The updated policy preserves your access to the course while adding clarity around timing and guests.
When may I play golf? All employees may play on Mondays after 3:30 PM. Golf Operations and Outside Golf staff may have additional opportunities during the week when approved and when the tee sheet allows.
Are there times when I may not play? Yes. Staff play is not permitted: • • • •
Before 12:00 PM On holidays During tournaments, leagues, and Club events Any time the Golf Shop determines member demand is high
What if I work every Monday and can't use the employee play time? Please speak with the General Manager and we'll arrange an alternative play date for you.
How do I reserve a round? All staff rounds are booked through the Golf Shop. Reservations may be made within 24 hours of a tee time.
May I use the practice facilities? Practice facilities are available for warming up prior to your scheduled round.
