Please arrive on time! Bring photo ID & have access to your arrival slot booking on your device You will have a one hour slot to collect your key and move your belongings in (lots of help available!) Only bring one vehicle - please don’t bring trailers, motor homes, large vans etc Vehicles must move off site once the hour is up
Where to collect keys – refer to the Campus Map •
Students moving into West Downs – park, collect keys & move in at West Downs Business School (26 on the map). Signage from Romsey Road

Students moving into Burma Road, Queens Road, Beech Glade - park in the Dytche car park (B on the map), collect key from St Alphege Building (19 on the map), drive to your accommodation to move in. Signage throughout this journey
