Activity 3: Case study Take a look at how Elena and Jamal responded to getting feedback on their first assignment at university.

Activity 3: Case study Print and present learners with the statements from the university students which can be found on the next page. Read these aloud then ask learners to compare the two student reactions to receiving their feedback. Learners to discuss and note down the differences between the statements.
