Hotels facing risk in CCA court fight • China Construction America ‘stays’ $1.6bn Sarkis ruling • Warns ‘hundreds’ of jobs in peril if verdict enforced • Baha Mar developer can drive contractor ‘insolvent’ By NEIL HARTNELL Tribune Business Editor nhartnell@tribunemedia.net Baha Mar’s contractor yesterday obtained an “emergency stay” to protect “hundreds” of Bahamian jobs and block the potential “liquidation” of its two Nassau resorts from Sarkis Izmirlian enforcing his $1.642bn award.
