Justice Neil Brathwaite found that the waste-toenergy provider’s bid to appeal an earlier verdict, which dismissed its $727.364m damages claim against Renward Wells and two alleged government “agents”, had “no prospect of success” and it would be “prejudicial” to the ex-minister to let it proceed.
