A BRIEF BIT OF HISTORY

Hi, Jess here, one of the founders of Treat Kitchen. If you’re new here I’d like to take the time to introduce you to our small business. Our brand has been creating joyful food gifting for over 11 years, starting life within our own sweet shop in Nottingham back in 2014. Martin, my husband has had a sweet factory in his family since the 1890’s but we wanted to elevate the humble bag of sweets and create stylish food gifting options that could sit alongside stationery, homewares and even fashion.

Our very first product, the “message bottle”, is a great representation of what we do - bringing the customer delicious confectionery in sustainable packaging with creative, eye catching designs and positive slogans. Like us, the message bottle has changed and developed over the years but our commitment to designing truly joyful food gifting products remains the same to this day. Of course, none of this would be possible without the hard work of our amazing team, so let me show you around...

Every Treat Kitchen product starts life as a project for our in house buying and design team. Leah and Emmie work with our manufacturers sourcing the very best gummies, chocolate, gingerbread, and more. With their technical expertise you can be sure each product has met the very best standards of taste and compliance. Izzy, our designer, brings our products to life with hand drawn illustrations and graphics based around trending patterns, colours, and messaging.

If you are wanting a bespoke product many of our lines can be adapted or personalised and we love working with partners like Iron Maiden and Original Stormtrooper to create special edition products. Use us as an extension of your buying team, with our trend analysis and research capabilities you can be sure to stay ahead of your competitors.
