Founded by suffragists in 1921, The Town hall was created to educate people on the important issues of the day. Today, it is one of New York city’s premier performance halls for music, dance, comedy and more.
The Town Hall is a designated National Historic Landmark with a rich legacy. We invite you to tour the Hall that has stood at the crossroads of history & culture for nearly a century. Your tour will feature the story of The Town Hall followed by a walkthrough of the 1,500 seat auditorium and an opportunity to stand on the stage where some of your favorite artists have performed.
