Pro Ship has been established since 1998 by 3 members with different professional backgrounds in the nautical field and with the same passion for the ocean and yachting. Starting developing, producing projects and all the necessary paper-works for the shipbuilding industry, they now work together for the most known and professional Italian ad International shipyards. Pro Ship until now has developed around 300 projects, both for small boats and big ships that now are plying the seas all around the world thanks to our professionality and reliability. The experience gained in the last few years, the continuously technology upgrade and the hiring of experienced and professional staff, give the company the opportunity to offer a wide range of services and to develop and improve her know how. Pro Ship is fully committed and can offer the entire product either to public or private Companies, developing the entire project interacting very closely with the customer. We operate in the following typologies of boats:cargo ships and navy ships, passenger ferries, sail and motor yachts, refitting, conversion of existing ships. Our staff is composed of technicians specialized in different fields: engineers for structural calculations, naval engineers for hydrodynamics calculations, nautical and mechanical engineers, CAD/CAM operators for developing all the technical documentation and the structural designs. In 2001 the company has begun entering foreign markets especially in China.

Numerous requests for cooperation and development have pushed the company to take root in the territory in 2009 by opening an office on site in the city of Xiamen, allowing us to assist all requirements of the customers. The presence, attendance at major boat shows in China (Shanghai, Xiamen, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Sanya ......), the continuous job of marketing have led the company Pro Ship to be well known, appreciated and sought. The range offered to local customers is not limited exclusively to the development of the project, the company is also able to assist clients in all phases of production, supporting them in assisting in survey production, research and selection of suppliers, optimization of the shipyard, cost analysis, timing of production, marketing, etc..

OUR Services Interior Design Contemporary to the study of the exterior design, we can define the style of the furnishings, finishes and materials that characterize the interiors of the vessel. The design sketches create a book that will be supported by a range of materials and surface finishes to show the client. At this stage we compare multiple disciplines which are oriented to the research and choice of materials, the optimization of spaces and building issues.

OUR Services 3D Modelling Through tridimensional modelling we can reproduce forms established during the design and styling stage. With every detail and every form viewable from any angle you can express an opinion on global and final aspect which will take the boat. Many collateral activities will spread from this 3D model: renderings, development of surfaces, calculation of weights, power estimates, NC data etc..

OUR Services FEA Analysis - CFD Analysis/Hydrodynamic We developed an ad-hoc method for naval structures in terms of time and resources used, intervening on the original draft to satisfy the requests of customization that the client requires the Shipyard. Using the FEA (Finite Elements Analysis) through a rational investigation of the tensional state, it ensures the structure sturdiness and therefore the approval of the project by the Classification Society.
Our company utilizes advanced computational instruments that allow the study of the dynamics of a fluid, which may contain several physical phenomena (heat, vibration, acoustic radiation, cavitation etc.), using modern softwares CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). In particular, all our projects are supported by a continue research toward improving the performances and the behaviour in seaway of the hull and its appendages.

OUR Services Structural Design/CAM It is the phase of the work that leads to production. The use of special softwares allow us to create all the necessary documentation for the various production departments, from the technical and building drawings to the construction flows and the creation of cutting outputs for the numerical control machines (nesting). The control of all work is guaranteed by the fact that each part is developed in 3D, creating a complete virtual model that allow a full view of the structures to be produced and which is extremely important for all other design activities.

OUR Services Naval Systems/Piping One of the most difficult and expensive tasks in yacht construction is to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of all machinery and auxiliary systems. Providing the yard with approved production drawings of the piping systems can alleviate this burden and lead to considerable cost savings. We also incorporate yacht standards into our drawings to ensure a smooth and harmonised building process.

OUR Services Engineering - Interior Engineering The continuing search for alternative design solutions for obtaining products which are updated in terms of functionality, efficiency and versatility drive us to use technical and scientific resources more and more specialized in order to obtain the certifications of unicity for the final product.
Starting from the architectural design, we can define the workshop drawings which have got the task of giving the yacht the unique character that distinguishes it and that is expressed through the stylistic choices of the interiors.

OUR Services PROSHIP Design System PROSHIP Design System is a method for organizing the design sectors which allows to simplify all the aspects of production in order to optimize costs and generate value. Expert trend hunters examine the essence of the product and its relationship with the customer in order to understand the guidelines and trends of the market . Architecture The continued increase in new residential areas, marina, exclusive zones and the demand for an important customer to help him with implementation of an innovative project led us to create the "section architecture" that deals with the conception and development of projects dedicated to this important sector.
Experience with the project “Baia Blu d'Oriente�, currently under start-up construction phase , allows us to propose today new format, with some innovative solutions, which would be very interesting for developers because it would allow to develop a sector, one linked to nautical tourism, luxury and culture in general, to an international level. Our team, consisting of various professionals, is now very skilled and has the right introductions to international level to develop and manage projects with similar characteristics.

The project called "Baia Blu d’Oriente", in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, of wich we have a contract signed for the management of all activities, is definitely the most important. It is already well known both throughout China, even by government authorities who have been involved in the bureaucratic approval of the plan, both internationally. It 'is currently in start-up pahse of the executive part of realization. In the “Baia Blu d'Oriente” project, featured strongly by Italian life style, we worked to 360 degrees. The activities was not limited to the development of the concept and architectural design. Thanks to well-established network of contacts and relationships including at government level, both in Italy and abroad, we have been involved in identifying and managing relationships with companies looking to carry on the business that will develop (luxury malls, hotels, Italian artisans, shipyards, restaurateurs, etc.) interacting with the most popular luxury brand of "made in Italy". We followed the identification and relationships with potential investors for the realization of the project. We managed the organization of events (yachting, sailing, golf, polo, fashion shows, art, theater, cinema, etc.) to be held under the name “Baia Blu d'Oriente”. We treated the press and TV campaign needed to raise the level of knowledge at the international level;particular attention was given to the development of the marine, in addition to the marina with 1200 moorings, is planned the realization of a construction site (shipyard) of production and maintenance, we are organizing schools for nautical operators (carpenters, electricians, mechanics, carpenters etc. ) in addition to sailing schools, marina management, training of personnel etc. .. All with the goal of creating a format-brand, Blue Bay in the East, becoming a reference brand in Asia.

PIRANHA BY PRO SHIP Not fully satisfied with the existing products on the market in order to meet our domestic needs in terms of speed and accuracy in project development, Pro Ship has internally developed one software, called Phirana, dedicated to engineering and executive development of the projects in the yachts and ship's field, which allowed us to speed up and optimize all phases in the development of a project with a considerable saving in terms of both time and costs.

Research and Development
Commitment to technological innovation is also shown in our project of a stern platform called OWL (Original Water Lift) which is controlled by an oleodynamical gearcase that permits the vertical movement and can stabilize it in all the positions. When the platform is settled in the standard position, there aren’t elements dipped into the water. The position of maximum lifting can be used both as a sun-bed, in case of lack of a tender, and as a gangway for landing in case of high docks. OWL is a patented product (n.RN2006A000037).

In an increasingly complex and competitive market as that of the Italian and International shipbuilding industry, a possible winning strategy is to identify and exploit a niche which has got a good potential. The shipyard Teorema Yacht has therefore decided to build a medium-sized boat characterized by extreme customization. Teorema Yacht was founded with the highly specific aim of designing and building a series of entirely Italian boats linked by a common denominator: their uniqueness. Every Teorema Yacht owner is invited at the design stage to help create a truly bespoke yacht by choosing the colours, materials, accessories, layouts, finishes and woods to be used aboard. Owners are also offered a choice of cockpit layouts, one with a greater emphasis on sun pad areas, others fitted out for fishing or even cooking; the shipowner has got also the possibility to to build his “own boat� choicing the distribution of the internal layouts and to decide what part of the boat needs more space, such as for example a wider dinette or a second cabin for the guests. The simple truth of the matter is that in our increasingly competitive world, shipyards can no longer stop at designing harmonious, comfortable, well-finished yachts. The market now demand that each craft be honed suit the lifestyle, character and habits of its owner too. The choice of exterior details and colour schemes can change a craft from classic to sporty in character which means, of course, that like every Teorema owner, every Teorema craft is unique, tailored to suit its owner and no one else.
