He received his Doctors of Dental Medicine (DMD) from University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Ebad is currently a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, and the Chicago Dental Society. He is committed to provide the best possible comprehensive care for his patients which suits their needs. He is also a firm believer in building a long-lasting relationship with his patients while providing state of the art care in all aspects of dentistry. In his free time he likes to go camping, workout, and enjoys watching movies.

DID You KNOW? Monthly friendly advice for our Reunion neighbors about covenants issues & guidelines It is totally understood that there will be maintenance and construction happening due to the storm as well as the normal modifications/construction. Any storm damage repair should need no approval unless an update with color or material will happen as well. With the increased amount of contractor work, please remember that commercial signage is not allowed per covenants.Please make yourself aware of the current covenants section below: Section 3. Signs. No sign of any kind shall be erected by an Owner or Occupant within the Community without the prior written consent of the Board except: (a) one (1) professional security sign consistent with the Community-Wide Standard not to exceed four inches (4”) by four inches (4”) in size (and in the case of a Townhome Unit the Board or its designee may require that the sign be displayed only from within the dwelling structure); (b) such signs as may be required by legal proceedings; and (c) signs erected by Declarant and its affiliates. In addition, in connection with a bona-fide offer to

sell or lease a residence, one (1) professionally lettered “For Sale” or “For Rent” sign consistent with the CommunityWide Standard may be displayed on the Lot (or, in the case of a Townhome Unit, displayed only from within the dwelling structure), but only if (i) the sign has a maximum area of four (4) square feet and, except for signs displayed from within a dwelling structure, a maximum height of four (4) feet above ground level, and (ii) the content of the sign and anything else attached to, associated with or in the vicinity of the sign states or conveys only that the residence is for sale or for rent and the name and telephone number of the person to contact for additional information. Any other type of “For Sale” or “For Rent” sign shall not be permitted in the Community. The Board shall have the right to erect any reasonable and appropriate signs. The Board may impose a fine against any Owner or Occupant of up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per day for violations of this Section in addition to any other remedies of the Association. Any fine imposed pursuant to this Section shall be deemed an asse assessment against the Lot and may be collected in the same manner as provided herein for collection of assessments.

EMPTY NESTERS
Go “ Pot Luck�
After an idle July with no planned events, the Reunion Empty Nester group kicked off the second half of the year with an old fashioned, laid back Pot Luck Social. Hosted by Judy and Don Smith and attended by 54 members of the Empty Nester group, the event featured covered dish offerings from the individual kitchens of the group. Ranging from pot roast to kraut & sausages with a number of casseroles and other dishes thrown in, the food was as good and as plentiful as one would learn to expect from the Empty Nester group. Of course the main buffet was preceded by a variety of appetizers that the group enjoyed during their preliminary social period, and was followed by an array of yummy desserts. Attendance for the event was good and was topped off by the fact that the Empty Nesters had several guests that are prospective new members. Donna and Jerry Smith brought with them Wanda Smith and Steven Van and also Sue and Scott Smith. Susan and Blanton Bagwell sponsored Cheryl and Jimmy Wilkes as their special guest for the evening. Hopefully these new comers enjoyed their visit enough to want to become part of this fun loving group. After dinner was completed and everyone was ready to sit back for a while, the group held a short business meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to review and vote for or against the newly revised by laws of the group. After some lengthy and involved discussion the revised by laws were approved and the meeting was adjourned. Many thanks to everyone who contributed food for the event and to those who participated in set up before and clean up after. The next Empty Nester event will be the always favorite Low Country Boil on the 23rd of September hosted by Susan & Blanton Bagwell. The Empty Nester group is open to and composed of Reunion residents who meet the sole requirement of no longer having children living at home with them. The group is totally self-sustaining and all Empty Nester functions and events are financed wholly by Empty Nester dues and occasional membership assessments with no supplement or financial assistance coming from HOA dues. Prospective members are invited to come to an event, free of charge, to see if there is an interest in joining. The membership is more than just a party club. CARVING PUMPKINS • Young children can decorate pumpkins with markers, glitter glue or paint. Leave the actual carving to an adult. • Use candles with care. A safer approach would be to light pumpkins with flashlights, battery-operated flameless candles or glow sticks instead. CREATIVE COSTUMES • Avoid tripping. Ensure kids’ costumes are not too long and wear stable shoes. Don’t send kids out wearing high heels and double tie any shoe laces. • Skip the masks. Masks can make it difficult for your child to see and/or breathe. Use nontoxic makeup to create the character. • Use flexible props. Make sure that the prop will not cause injury to your child or their friends. • Stay well lit. Brightly colored costumes or costumes with reflective tape will help drivers see your child. Also, carry a flashlight with you to keep your child’s path lit at all times. CHECK YOUR CANDY • Examine all treats carefully. Throw away anything opened, partially unwrapped or not in its original wrapper. CAUTION WHEN DRIVING • Watch for children who might pop out between parked cars. Extra caution can help ensure a safe Halloween for everyone.
