The Chamber's 8th Annual Chamber Chase 5K Run and 2 Mile Wellness Walk is presented by AEON Clinical Laboratories on Thursday, March 26 at 6:00 p.m. at Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville. Register online now for the race at ChamberChase5k.com Registration is $30 and $35 after March 14. Register online through March 20, or register in person at the Chamber office (230 E.E. Butler Parkway in Gainesville) through March 25. All participants will receive a complimentary Race Shirt.
Chamber Chase is a healthcare initiative of the VISION 2030 program and seeks to promote both individual and corporate wellness. The 5K Run and 2 Mile Wellness Walk encourages a get fit stay fit lifestyle. With over 2,000 participants in last year's race, the community-wide wellness event offers fun for all ages. Team Awards will be presented including: Fastest Corporate Team; Fastest Community Team and Fastest CEO! Team Spirit Awards are presented as well as T-Shirt Contest Awards. For the more serious runners, awards are presented to the Overall Male & Female and Top Male & Female in several age groups. Food and drink, awards, music and giveaways are part of the fun following the race/walk at “Hall County’s Largest Office Party”!
