FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Hello Spring! It’s time to get out and enjoy all the amazing amenities and social events Hamilton Mill has to offer. It’s easy to get involved in a variety of activities. Residents can visit the pro shop and learn about Tennis and Pickleball leagues and try out the wide selection of demo equipment or go to the fitness center at the Lakeview Clubhouse and experience the new interactive mirror. You can join the walk and talk group at the soccer field, a men’s basketball league or take your kids to the playground. Social events in April include an exciting Poker tournament and Community wide Spring Garage Sale. As always, we are looking forward to the pools opening in early May and the incredible new slide and splash pad at Millview!
Just a few reminders when using the Amenities at Hamilton Mill:
• Amenities are for the exclusive use of residents in good standing and their guests.
• There is a 3 guest per household limit at all amenities, except the pool allows 6 per household and the fitness center 2 per household. A resident must be present.
• Amenities are monitored by off duty Gwinnett County Police Officers to help prevent non-resident use.
• Always have your amenity card with you and be prepared to show it. A driver’s license or other ID are not acceptable.
• Children over 12 can have their own card. Adult supervision is required for children 12 and under.
• Please use trash/recycle containers and be respectful of people and property.
• Report any maintenance issues to Property Management.
You can find more information about all our amenities and events at HMILL.com. Also, be sure you are receiving HOA Newsletters via email by logging into HMILL.com and going to Resident Info to verify your contact information. Please contact Property Management for any questions or if you need to schedule an appointment for an amenity card, 678-546-3737.
Enjoy!
