SENATE President Pro Tempore Panfilo Lacson on Sunday assured that the documents and a computer retrieved from dismissed Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) engineer Brice Hernandez will undergo proper handling to preserve the chain of custody. Lacson, who chairs the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee, confirmed that the evidence was brought by Hernandez, who is testifying on alleged irregularities in flood control projects. “We will follow a process, and we are preparing for that now so that tomorrow all of it can be opened.
