ORMER Philippine National Police chief Ronald dela Rosa ordered the killing of suspected drug personalities, including Ozamiz Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog and his family and Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa, during the Duterte administration's bloody war against drugs, a police colonel told members of the House Quad Committee on Wednesday.

Police Col. Jovie Espenido, a former police chief of Albuera, said Dela Rosa ordered the elimination of illegal drugs “by all means” necessary.
