HE government has allowed the reopening of gyms, fitness centers, and spas to operate at 20 percent limited capacity starting on June 16 in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal which are currently placed under a general community quarantine (GCQ) bubble, Malacañang said Friday.
