The Fair kicks off on Wednesday, July 29, at 6pm with a special America’s 250th Celebration during Opening Ceremonies, honoring our nation’s history with patriotic tributes, special guests, and an unforgettable start to Fair week.
RODEO
The 2026 Wilco Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo presented by Indian Head Casino returns July 29 through August 2 with five unforgettable days of family fun. From exciting entertainment and thrilling rodeo action to carnival rides, delicious Fair food, exhibits, shopping, agriculture, and live music, there’s something for every age. The Coastal Farm & Ranch NPRA Rodeo brought to you by ABBAS Well Drilling & Pump Service returns with four nights of action-packed performances featuring the region’s top cowboys and cowgirls.
Watch bull riding, saddle bronc, bareback riding, barrel racing, team roping, and more as competitors battle for prize money and championship points.
Duel in the Desert is Sunday at 2pm where highschoolers from all around Central Oregon compete for the rodeo championship title.
Your Fair admission includes the rodeo every night, making it one of the best entertainment values in the Northwest.
The Demolition Derby presented by Wild Ride Brewing is back and bigger than ever. Drivers from across the Northwest will battle it out in an evening filled with crashing metal, roaring engines, and nonstop excitement. It’s one of the Fair’s most popular traditions and the perfect way to wrap up an incredible week.
