Threshing Bee Brings Nostalgia to Modern Day Fun
By Michelle Svangstu The 54th Annual Divide County Threshing Bee is right around the corner and is sure to set a spark in the hearts of every generation. Erin Sorum, a longtime member of the historical society and organizer of the Threshing Bee says the 2023 show is full of exciting new activities in addition to many old favorites.
Friday, July 15th kicks off with the Tractor-Cade, which will wagon train from the Threshing Bee to the Crosby Golf Course and back again. In addition to the tractor-cade, the kitchen and bakery will both be open for breakfast, and the Dakota Star Quilt Guild will have their hand-made quilts on display at the Daneville.
