The inaugural RDS Elite Show Jumping Foal Sale is an exciting new addition to the Gallagher Dublin Horse Show and Goffs is proud to partner with the Royal Dublin Society in presenting this carefully curated collection of foals.
Goffs has been Ireland’s premier auction house since 1866. While many know us through our thoroughbred auctions, the wider Goffs team has long been involved in the sport horse world, and returning to the RDS, where we previously held sales for almost a century, makes this occasion especially meaningful.
The ambition of Show Director Fiona Sheridan and the RDS Equestrian Team was to create a dedicated platform for Irish breeders to present their best foals to a global audience during what is one of the most important weeks in the international equestrian calendar. It has been a pleasure to work alongside them in making that concept a reality.
We hope that this first edition marks the beginning of a sale that will become a longstanding feature of the Gallagher Dublin Horse Show. We extend our thanks to the breeders for their support of this inaugural sale and wish sellers and buyers every success.

The Royal Dublin Society is proud to present the inaugural Elite Show Jumping Foal Sale in partnership with Goffs, a new initiative created to support Irish sport horse breeders and promote the excellence of Irish breeding on a global stage.
The sale reflects the RDS’ long-standing commitment to providing opportunities for breeders and showcasing the quality and dedication that underpin Ireland’s reputation as a producer of world-class sport horses.
We have curated a select group of sixteen foals that represent some of the most exciting young show jumping prospects in the country. Chosen for their exceptional pedigrees, proven dam lines, conformation and athletic potential, these foals showcase the very best of Irish
breeding. From the outset, our objective has been to create a premium marketplace that connects Irish breeders with an international audience of owners, riders, investors and equestrian enthusiasts gathered at the Dublin Horse Show.
We are delighted to partner with Goffs in delivering this exciting new venture. Their expertise, integrity and experience make them the ideal collaborators, and together we are committed to establishing a sale that will become a highlight of the international sport horse calendar.

Selectors
The elite foals presented in this catalogue were chosen following an independent assessment by international selectors, Philipp Baumgart and Marcel Beukers.
Philipp Baumgart
Philipp Baumgart brings extensive German young horse expertise and a strong breeding background to his role as selector for the inaugural RDS Elite Show Jumping Foal Sale in partnership with Go s.
A long standing judge at the Dublin Horse Show and its qualifiers, he is widely recognised for his clear, consistent assessments and his ability to identify future performance horses with accuracy.
As head of the Baumgart family programme at Roewer & Rüb, Philipp works daily with young horses from first handling through to competition preparation, focusing on balance, rideability, and correct development. His breeding knowledge is further shaped by his family heritage as nephew of renowned Holsteiner breeder, Harm Thormaehlen, giving him a deep understanding of type, bloodlines, and sport horse potential.
Across Germany and Ireland, Philipp is valued for his thoughtful judging style and his strong grasp of what constitutes genuine athletic ability and temperament. His long association with the Dublin Horse Show provides him with a wellrounded perspective on Irish breeding and young horse production.
For the RDS Elite Foal Sale, Philipp contributes a discerning eye, practical experience, and a breeding philosophy centred on producing horses capable of progressing to the highest levels of the sport.
Marcel Beukers
Marcel Beukers is also a selector for the inaugural RDS Elite Show Jumping Foal Sale in partnership with Go s, bringing vast experience in young horse assessment and international breeding standards. A long standing KWPN inspector and judge, he has evaluated sport horses across Europe for more than 20 years and has judged at the Dublin Horse Show and its qualifiers many times.
Marcel began his career early, becoming Dutch Champion at 17 and later specialising in show jumping, producing numerous horses to Z/ZZ level. He is well known for developing the talented stallion, Taloubet Z as a four and five year old. His professional background includes formative years at Stal Burg under Olympian Bert Romp, followed by the establishment of Marcel Beukers Stables in 2004.
A certified ORUN instructor, Marcel has taught at LR De Zaanse Ruiters since 1998 and spent many years coaching young riders at the Hippisch Talentencentrum (HTC). He now serves on the Board of the HTC Northwest Region, and his stable holds KNHS TTC (Talent Training Centre) status.
For the RDS Elite Foal Sale, Marcel contributes a sharp eye for conformation, movement, athletic potential, and pedigree quality, supported by decades of hands on experience producing horses for top level sport.
A Shared Heritage
Go s’ relationship with the Royal Dublin Society is a long one, reaching back to 25th August 1887 when Newbridge based auctioneer Robert J. Go held a sale for the first time in the Simmonscourt Paddock.
In 1899 those sales were relocated across from the main entrance, where the adjoining railway allowed horses to travel into Ballsbridge. The Royal Dublin Society Branch Railway remained open until September 1971.
In 1973, the RDS sold the site occupied by Go s to the Allied Irish Bank. The facilities had moved a long way from the makeshift sales ring in Simmonscourt and were by now a 477-box sales yard with a fully enclosed sales ring (completed in 1964). As a result of the sale, after almost 90 years of collaboration, Go s went on to develop their world-acclaimed sales complex just 30 kms away in Co. Kildare.
With such an important shared history, it is a pleasure for the Go s team to conduct an auction at the RDS for the first time in over 50 years.

During its tenure at the RDS, Go s sold many of the most famous racehorses of the 20th century including:
Brown Jack – winner of the Champion Hurdle in 1928 as well as six consecutive wins in Ascot’s Queen Alexandra Stakes (1929 -1934). Bought for 75 guineas at the 1925 August Sale.
Golden Miller – winner of five Cheltenham Gold Cups (1932-36) and the Grand National (1934), the only horse to win England’s two greatest steeplechases in the same season, sold for 120 guineas in October 1928 by Laurence Geraghty (having been walked the 25 miles to Ballsbridge from his owner’s Co Meath farm).
Hattons Grace – the first triple winner of the Champion Hurdle (1949 -1951). He was the ultimate “Ballsbridge bargain”, bought for 18gns as a yearling in 1941.
Arkle
Arkle – three-time winner of the Cheltenham Gold Cup and the iconic champion of Irish horse racing. The yard stick against which every subsequent National Hunt champion has been measured, Arkle was bought as a three-year-old on 4th August 1960 for 1,150gns by Tom Dreaper on behalf of the Duchess of Westminster.
Flyingbolt – the one horse considered of comparable ability to Arkle. Winner of three di erent Championship races at three consecutive Cheltenham festivals. Bought as a yearling in 1960 for 490 guineas.
Red Rum – no horse in England has eclipsed the sheer celebrity of Red Rum. He won the Grand National in 1973, 1974 and 1977, and was runner -up in the two intervening years. Bred by Martyn McEnery of Rossenarra Stud and sold at the 1966 September Sales for 400gns to Mr. Tim Molony.
In
addition to potential racehorses, until the 1970s, the early lots at Ballsbridge were often non-thoroughbreds and, during Dublin Horse Show week, they would occupy a complete day’s trading.
Mister Softee was bred by J.J. Darcy in County Clare and, having changed hands more than once, came to Ballsbridge where his potential was spotted at the Go s August Sales by John Massarella. Massarella’s family owned the franchise in Yorkshire for America’s soft ice cream which is how the horse got his name.
Throughout the 1960s Mister Softee thrilled audiences around Europe. He won a Gold at the European Championships in 1962 with David Barker, but it was his partnership with David Broome that amassed the most successes.
Winning the King George V Gold Cup and the British Jumping Derby in 1966, they also won consecutive Dublin Grand Prix titles in 1967 and 1968, as well as individual Gold at the 1967 and 1969 European Championships.
Mister Softee also won individual Bronze at the 1968 Mexico Olympic Games, performed on many British winning Nations’ Cup teams and, on trips back to Ireland, he appropriately twice won the Grand Prix where the journey had started, in Ballsbridge.

Conditions of Sale
The RDS ELITE SHOW JUMPING FOAL SALE in partnership with Go s is held subject to the Conditions of Sale set out below. All potential Vendors and Purchasers are advised to read carefully these Conditions which have been specifically prepared for this Sale.
DEFINITIONS
1. Catalogue means the catalogue in which these terms and conditions are contained. The Catalogue also includes any supplement to it issued by Go s from time to time. Where the printed catalogue and any online catalogue are found to be at variance, the Conditions of Sale in the printed sale catalogue will be deemed to be the Conditions under which the Sale is being conducted, subject to any amendment(s) and addition(s) announced by the Auctioneer at the start of the sale.
2. Debtor means any Vendor, Purchaser or New Purchaser (as appropriate) with any liability to Go s.
3. Go s means Robert J. Go & Co. plc and/or Go s UK Limited and/or Go s Bloodstock Sales Limited
4. Lot means the horse which is to be sold and which has a Lot number in the Catalogue or the online Catalogue on the Go s website. Any other Lot number that may be shown in any printed or online form other than the Catalogue should not be taken by a bidder to be the Lot number.
5. New Purchaser means the person to whom the Lot has been transferred after the Sale in accordance with 5.2 below.
6. Owner means the person, partnership, syndicate or corporation named on the Entry Form as the owner of the Lot.
7. Purchaser means the highest bidder to whom a Lot is knocked
down by Go s or who purchases the Lot privately following the sale and who has signed the Acknowledgement of Purchase form.
8. Purchase Price (as regards the Purchaser) is the price in Euro at which the Lot was knocked down by Go s in the ring or the price at which it is sold privately plus V.A.T. and commission.
9. RDS means The Royal Dublin Society.
10. Sale means the sale by auction conducted by Go s.
11. Sales O ce means the o ce at the Royal Dublin Society used by Go s on the day of the Sale.
12. Sale Premises means The Royal Dublin Society.
13. Sale Price (as regards the Vendor) means the price in Euro at which the Lot was knocked down by Go s or the price at which it is sold privately, subject to deductions for commission, entry fee and any other charges which may apply.
14. The Panel means one or more Veterinary Surgeons appointed by Go s.
15. Vendor means the person, partnership or corporation named on the Entry Form as the Owner of the Lot, or, if no Owner is named on the Entry Form, the person who entered the Lot for sale. If the Vendor is not the Owner of the Lot or the legal owner(s) of the Lot, the Vendor shall be deemed at all times and for all purposes to be the servant or agent of the Owner and/ or the legal owner(s).
16. In these Conditions:-
1.13.1 The singular includes the plural and vice versa;
1.13.2 References to persons include bodies corporate, unincorporated associations, governments, states, partnerships and trusts (in each case, whether or not having separate legal personality);
2. THE SALE
2.1 COMMISSION AND FEES
2.1.1. An entry fee of € 350 is payable to the RDS at the time of entry by the Vendor for each Lot. The fee is nonrefundable.
2.1.2 The Vendor will pay commission to Go s equal to 5% of the Sale Price.
2.1.3. The Purchaser will pay commission to Go s equal to 10% of the Purchase Price.
2.1.4. Go s reserve the right to charge full commission of 5% from the Vendor in respect of any cancelled sale.
2.1.5. Go s reserve the right to charge full commission of 15% from the Vendor in respect of any Lot unsold in the Sale which is sold within seven calendar days after the conclusion of the Sale.
2.1.6. When a Lot is bought in 100% by the Vendor, 5% of the price of that Lot is payable by the Vendor.
2.1.7. When a Lot is unsold, the Vendor will pay to Go s 5% of the reserve price if the reserve price exceeds € 20,000.
2.1.8. All fees and commissions are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate.
2.2. BIDDING
2.2.1. Bidders must register in advance of the Sale. Subject to approval by Go s, the bidder will be issued with a bidding paddle and an agreed bid limit. Bids will not be accepted by any bidder not holding a bidding paddle.
2.2.2. Online bidders must register in advance of each Sale. Subject to approval by Go s, the bidder will be issued with an agreed bid limit by Go s and a log-in number to access the auction.
2.2.3. The auction shall be conducted in Euro. Subject to the discretion of the auctioneer, no bid shall advance less than € 200 up to € 2,000; € 500 up to € 20,000; € 1,000 up to € 50,000; € 2,000 up to € 100,000; € 5,000 up to € 500,000; € 10,000 up to € 1,000,000; € 50,000 thereafter.
2.2.4. Once you place a bid online, it cannot be withdrawn.
2.2.5. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, or between Go s and any bidder, Go s’ decision shall be binding on all parties. At Go s’ discretion the Lot in dispute may be put up again for auction and resold, subject to the reserve price in accordance with 3.1 below.
3. VENDORS
3.1 Vendors of Lots are subject to entry fees and commission as outlined in Condition 2.1. All Lots are subject to a reserve price which shall either be the minimum selling price set by Go s or any higher reserve price which Go s must have received in writing from the Owner, the Vendor or the Vendor’s agent prior to the Lot being o ered for sale. Where no instruction is received in writing from the Owner, the Vendor or the Vendor’s agent, the Lot will be o ered without reserve.
3.2 Each Vendor undertakes that a Lot entered for sale in the Catalogue shall not be sold before the Sale.
3.3 Go s will endeavour to have all Catalogue information correctly stated, but the Vendor is responsible for the accuracy of its content and the correction of any error or omission.
3.4 The Vendor undertakes to ensure that all Lots are correctly microchipped and that all Lots from yearlings (after July 1st upwards) have up to date vaccinations in accordance with the Vendors’ Sales Requirements. The Vendor undertakes to bear the cost of micro-chipping or vaccinations if any Lot is found not to be correctly microchipped by the conclusion of the Sale.
3.5 A Vendor or any one person on their behalf may bid for any Lot owned by such Vendor. Where a Lot is stated to be “the Property of a Partnership” or “to Dissolve a Partnership” any partner, syndicate member, co-Owner or other person interested may bid on their own behalf either personally or through an agent.
3.6. If the lot is a foal aged less than five months, the Vendor undertakes to keep the Lot with the mare, at the Vendor’s expense and at the Vendor’s risk, until the Lot has reached the age of five months, when Condition 3.7 will apply.
3.7. If the Lot is a foal aged five months or over, the Lot may be collected by the Purchaser at the Vendor’s premises, subject to Condition 3.8.
3.8 Go s will issue the Vendor a confirmation of sale, allowing the Vendor to release the horse to the Purchaser from the premises where it has been stabled, subject to 3.7 above. In the event of Go s not receiving payment for the Lot from the Purchaser within seven days of the Sale, Go s reserve the right to cancel the Sale and Go s shall not be liable for any payment to the Vendor in respect of the Sale Price nor any costs associated with presenting the Lot at the Sale.
3.9 Upon receipt of a single written application from the Vendor, Go s will pay to the Vendor the Sale Price of each Lot sold not earlier than seven days following the delivery of the foal to the Purchaser at the Vendor’s premises. Go s are not under any obligation to place the sale proceeds on deposit prior to the Vendor’s Application for Payment. Unless otherwise instructed by the Vendor, Go s will issue payment to the Vendor by way of electronic bank transfer or cheque posted by ordinary post to the address provided by the Vendor on the Application for Payment. Payment to the Vendor in this manner will be deemed to have been made at
the time of posting of the cheque by Go s and all payments are sent at the risk of the Vendor and Go s will incur no liability to any party as a result of the non-delivery of the cheque to the Vendor.
3.10 In the case of any Lot where a dispute has arisen between the Vendor, the Owner, the Purchaser and/or any third party making any claim in relation to the Lot, or where there are competing claims for payment, Go s may refuse to make payment to the Vendor pending resolution of the dispute. In exercising this right, Go s will incur no liability to any party, and no interest shall be payable by Go s on any sale proceeds retained.
3.11 When the Owner of a Lot is a partnership or a syndicate and one or more member(s) of that partnership or syndicate is the Purchaser, Go s reserve the right to withhold payment on that Lot until the Purchase Price has been received, in full, from the Purchaser.
3.12 The Vendor shall indemnify Go s in respect of any loss, or liability su ered or costs disbursements or expenses incurred bona fide by Go s by reason of bringing or defending any proceedings which arise directly or indirectly from any breach of these Conditions of Sale by the Vendor or in relation to the sale of the Lot.
4. BASIS OF SALE
4.1 There is no term implied that any Lot is of merchantable quality or is fit for any particular purpose. Any term, condition or warranty that might be incorporated into or apply to these Conditions of Sale are excluded to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that he is satisfied with the condition of any Lot before bidding. Additionally, a Purchaser must make their own enquiries and exercise their own judgement as to the value of a Lot.
5. PRIVATE SALES
5.1 Any sale concluded between a Purchaser and a Vendor within seven calendar days following the last day of the Sale at which the Lot was unsold or bought in by the Vendor and is deemed to be a Private Sale shall be subject to the Conditions of Sale. Such transactions must be finalised in writing on a Private Sale Form signed by the Vendor, the Purchaser and an authorised representative of Go s. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes any sale conducted online. The terms of Condition 7 below will apply to the Purchaser.
5.2 Where Go s accepts the transfer of a Lot from the Purchaser to a third party (the New Purchaser), the appropriate Private Sale Form must be completed in the Sales O ce. The terms of Condition 7 below will apply to the new Purchaser.
5.3 Any Private Sale is subject to the terms outlined in the Basis of Sale (Condition 4).
5.4 The Complaints Procedure set out in Conditions of Sale 9 and 10 will apply to a Private Sale if any condition listed in Condition of Sale 10 is not stated in the Catalogue, is not announced by the Auctioneer or is not declared by the Vendor on the Private Sale Form. For the avoidance of doubt, this declaration at the time of signing the Private Sale Form is required regardless of whether the condition was announced by the Auctioneer at the time the Lot was o ered for sale in the ring.
5.5 Where a Purchaser is disputing their obligation to pay for any Lot pursuant to a Private Sale then Go s may withhold payment to the Vendor pending resolution of the dispute or where Go s has made payment to the Vendor then the Vendor shall repay to Go s, on demand any payment made to the Vendor by Go s in respect of the private Sale.
6. PASSING OF RISK AND TITLE
6.1 The Lot will be at the Vendor’s risk
at all times until the Lot is collected by the Purchaser at the Vendor’s premises, from when the Lot will be at the Purchaser’s risk.
6.2 Notwithstanding the passing of risk in this Condition or delivery of the Lot to the Purchaser, the Vendor shall retain title to the Lot until the full purchase price has been paid to Go s.
6.3 Where Go s have paid out the Vendor in accordance with 3.9 above, title of the Lot will vest in Go s on the same terms as 6.2 above.
7. PURCHASERS
7.1 Go s will issue the Purchaser a confirmation of purchase, allowing the Purchaser to collect the Lot from the Vendor’s premises in accordance with Conditions 3.8 & 3.9.
7.2 Subject to Condition 7.6, payment must be made in Euro by the Purchaser for each Lot on the day of the Sale unless, prior to the Sale, Go s agree to other payment terms at their discretion. In the event that payment is not received under the agreed terms, Go s will endeavour to collect the debt by whatever means are deemed appropriate.
7.3 The Purchaser shall take delivery of the Lot in accordance with Conditions 3.8 & 3.9 and within 14 days of the Lot reaching five months, or at a time mutually agreed with Go s and the Vendor. If the Purchaser has not taken possession of the Lot within that time, the Vendor may charge an amount not exceeding € 50 per day for each day, or part thereof, of subsequent delay.
7.4 If a Purchaser has paid for a Lot, and has not taken possession of a Lot within 14 days of the Lot reaching five months, or at a time mutually agreed with Go s and the Vendor, Go s reserve the right to cancel the sale and pay to the Vendor any monies due to the Vendor for the Lot, provided that payment has been received for the Lot by the Purchaser.
7.5 Where a Purchaser bids or buys on behalf of another, the Purchaser must disclose the name and address of their principal when required by Go s and both the Purchaser and their principal shall be jointly and severally liable under these Conditions.
7.6 Where the Purchaser notifies Go s after the Sale that a Lot has been bought on behalf of another and asks Go s to invoice that person (“the Nominee”), Go s (at its absolute discretion) may agree to do so, on the basis that the Purchaser and the Nominee will be jointly and severally liable to pay the Purchase Price. The Purchaser’s payment obligations in respect of the relevant Lot will only be discharged in the event that the Nominee has paid the whole of the Purchase Price. However, where the Nominee pays part of the sum due but the remainder is unpaid, Go s’ claim shall be limited to the unpaid sum.
8. GOFFS RIGHTS/ EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
8.1 Go s reserve the following rights, viz:
(a) To refuse the registration of any bidder, without giving any reason.
(b) To bid by themselves for any Lot.
(c) To withdraw the Lot from sale at any time.
8.2 Go s do not make any representation whatsoever express or implied as to the identity of the Owner or Owners of any Lot at the time of entry, time of sale or at any other time. In the event of any dispute the Purchaser’s remedy, if any, shall be against the Vendor and the Vendor’s remedy shall be against the Purchaser, and not against Go s who act as Agents between Vendor and Purchaser and shall not be liable as a Party in any action or dispute between them.
8.3 Go s will impose late payment charges on unpaid accounts / outstanding balances at 1.5%
per month or part thereof on all accounts which are unpaid seven days after the last date of the Sale.
8.4 Go s may at any time, without notice, set o any liability of a Debtor (including but not limited to the outstanding purchase price of any Lot) against any liability of Go s to the Debtor (whether any such liability is present or future, actual or contingent, liquidated or unliquidated and irrespective of the currency of its denomination) and Go s may for such purpose convert or exchange any currency.
9 COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
The Complaints Procedure applies onlyin the circumstances set out in Condition 10 below.
9.1 A Purchaser wishing to invoke this Condition must do so by informing Go s in writing (as per Condition 13) by 5.00 pm on the seventh calendar day after the Lot was collected from the Vendor giving specific details of their complaint, supported by a certificate signed by an independent qualified veterinary surgeon.
9.2 The complaint shall be dealt with by Go s, or their appointee, which may be a veterinary surgeon deemed appropriate by Go s, at such time, at such place and in such manner as Go s deems appropriate. The decision of Go s on the complaint shall be final and binding on both the Vendor and the Purchaser.
9.3 All expenses and charges incurred by such adjudication, as well as the transport and keep costs of any Lot, shall be paid by the Party found to be in error.
9.4 For the avoidance of doubt risk remains with the Purchaser throughout any complaint and only passes back to the Vendor when both parties are notified of Go s decision to cancel the sale (if appropriate).
10 LOTS RETURNABLE
10.1 The Complaints Procedure set
out in Condition 9 above will only apply if the information in 10.2 to 10.4 below is not stated in the Catalogue or is not announced at the Sale. In these cases, the Sale may be cancelled at the discretion of the Purchaser.
10.2 The pedigree or description of the Lot does not correspond with the pedigree or description as stated in the Catalogue.
10.3 The microchip number, markings or vaccinations for the Lot do not correspond to the microchip number passport or vaccinations uploaded for the Lot by the Vendor prior to the Sale.
10.4 Any Lot which:
a) is a wind-sucker, (i.e. frequently swallows air whether in association with grasping fixed objects with incisor teeth or not; a crib-biter is not returnable unless the cribbiting is associated with windsucking, in which case the Lot is returnable as a wind-sucker); or
b) has been operated on for the correction of wind-sucking as defined above; or
c) is a weaver; ( i.e. frequently swings its head and neck to and fro, and transfers weight from one forelimb to the other alternately) or
d) is a boxwalker (i.e. frequently walks either backwards and forwards or round and round the box repeatedly in an aimless manner); or
e) has impaired vision or injury to the eye; or
f) is a wobbler; or
g) has been unnerved
11 DISPUTES
11.1 Any dispute arising out of the sale of any Lot in accordance with these Conditions of Sale shall be a dispute between the Vendor and the Purchaser and in no circumstances shall Go s be liable to either party in connection with such dispute.
11.2 Where Go s are brought in as a party to any dispute despite 11.1
above, Go s will be entitled to payment of their legal and other expenses on a full indemnity basis from the party who joins them in.
12 GENERAL
12.1 Go s reserve the right to add, alter or otherwise modify these Conditions of Sale.
12.2 These Conditions of Sale form the entirety of the agreement between Go s, the Owner, the Vendor and the Purchaser and no variation shall be valid or binding unless specifically authorised in writing by two Executive Directors of Go s.
12.3 These Conditions of Sale are to be construed and shall take e ect in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic Of Ireland.
12.4 The submission to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland shall not limit the rights of Go s to take proceedings against the Owner, the Vendor or the Purchaser in any other Court of competent jurisdiction and the taking of proceedings in one or more jurisdictions shall not preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction whether concurrently or not.
13 NOTICES
When any certificate or notice is required to be given to Go s under these Conditions of Sale, it must be made in writing and sent by first class post or emailed to winners@ go s.ie. Any notice required to be given by Go s to the Vendor or the Purchaser shall be sent to the address given on the Entry Form or the bidder registration form. Such notice shall be deemed given on the date of delivery or the second day after posting or on the day of transmission depending on whether the notice is sent by hand, post, or email.
