Dr. Mehta earned her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (B.O.Th) from the renowned Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital Initially inclined toward physiotherapy, she later developed a deeper understanding and appreciation for occupational therapy through extensive study. From then on, her philosophy extended beyond just restoring movement it focused on restoring independence and dignity for her patients This principle became the foundation of THERACURE’s holistic approach.
With 21 years of extensive clinical experience in India and the United States, Dr Mehta is a licensed Occupational Therapist in New Jersey and New York She has worked across more than 17 healthcare settings, including outpatient clinics, long-term and sub-acute rehabilitation centers, assisted living, and independent living facilities Throughout her career, she has treated over 19,000 patients ranging from newborns to senior citizens.

During her practice, Dr Mehta has earned over 60 advanced certifications in musculoskeletal and neuro-rehabilitation These include Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy, Kinesio Taping, Stroke Rehabilitation, Posture Correction, Balance and Fall Prevention Training, and Pediatric Developmental Rehabilitation This extensive training enables THERACURE to provide precise treatment from common pain conditions to complex, long-standing cases
