A family experience. We’ve used Doug lots of times previously. My partner’s brother and sister have used him, my mum and dad, we did before too. For me it was the responsiveness, whenever we called or emailed, we got a quick reply, I think that attentiveness is something that is a massive characteristic for an estate agent. Doug had such a calming presence. I can get quite stressed but as soon as I spoke to Doug he reassured me constantly. Amazing. If it wasn’t for Doug and the team then we wouldn’t be living in our dream home.
