Mike Healey Senior Director

I became the owner of Chattertons in 1980 guiding the company through many highs and lows. We love to keep ourselves up to date with the fast-moving changes and technology is always evolving but at the heart of what we do is great service. I have assembled a team that I trust and have loyal people that embrace the ethos of the company. We are a company that knows the value of our clients and thrive on sorting any issues that may arise, we do offer practical help from our many contractors from clearing unwanted items, organising garden maintenance, and any other property related issue this is especially useful if the property is unoccupied.

Doug Paterson Manager

My first job straight from school at the age of 16 was as an Estate Agent that was in 1986, I love the industry as it contains my 2 favourite things, people and property. I joined Chattertons as Manager in 2008 and I am very proud of the further development I have achieved since becoming part of the team and with the long history our company has it is a privilege for me to add to the story of Chattertons. The most important thing to me is a happy customer it is at the heart of what I do every day, not forgetting how much I love valuing property.

Edmonds Lettings

I joined Chattertons in 2004, having previously been in the business with a different agent from 1992. I am proud of the work I have achieved in my time here at Chattertons building the client base significantly, we do however believe in quality over quantity. The letting of a house is a big responsibility that we take very seriously. The importance of matching the right tenant and our ability to do so is the very essence of our lettings service. At the same time helping tenants find the perfect home is extremely satisfying.

Tracy Scott Sales & Lettings Negotiator

I joined Chattertons in 2010, having previously worked for a large life company. I play an integral part of the team being predominantly on the sales side of the business I also offer support to the lettings team. My favourite part of my job is working with new property and bringing houses to life before placing on the market. I have an eye for detail and will always go the extra mile to make sure our marketing of a home is second to none.

Pollard Surveyor

I have been in different aspects of the property world all my working life having started an estate agency on the bottom rung as office junior/tea boy/mail delivery/general dogs body. This gave me a great grounding and knowledge of running an office successfully. I eventually worked my way up through the ranks and remained solely in estate agency for some 27 years, which I found exciting and satisfying? I later qualified and switched tracks into different faculties of the property sector being survey and valuation work for Local Authorities and mortgage lenders. My work now mainly revolves around property management, repairs, refurbishments together with Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys.

Day Property Manager

After leaving school I qualified as a shorthand typist and worked in a Building Society. My next job was a family and I swiftly moved into estate agency and property management to which I have been for some 30 years. The job itself offers variety and also some challenging aspects. Day to day working in the office has become more like family, as we work as a team in a good working environment. I am grateful that I have been able to liaise directly with people on a day to day property search, as they move onto another chapter in their lives.
