Experience staff to provide evidence of previous training and experience prior to working/ volunteering at the camp. All new staff go through the induction process. All staff to complete the training process for The Portsea Camp. All staff complete the challenge ropes exam for Portsea Camp. All staff must read and clearly understand The Portsea Camp Challenge Ropes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) prior to becoming a Challenge Ropes conductor. All Experience staff are to stay up to date with latest Standard Operating Procedures. All relevant qualifications must be kept up to date by all Experience staff/volunteers.
