Minimums

At Softies, we value thoughtful partnerships that reflect our brand’s commitment to comfort, quality, and care. To keep our retail experience consistent and elevated, we ask all partners to review and agree to the following guidelines.

Softies Retailers

We reserve the right to discontinue a partnership if a retailer no longer aligns with the Softies brand or is not actively supporting and growing the line. This includes maintaining an organized presentation and dedicating appropriate space to Softies in-store.

• All new accounts and store locations must be approved by Softies.

• We do not partner with third-party sellers.

• New accounts must keep a credit card on file; the first two orders must be paid via credit card. Terms accounts require an approved credit application prior to ordering. Softies may deny or deactivate an account at its discretion.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

To maintain brand integrity and protect our retail partners, Softies enforces a strict MAP policy. By placing an order, retailers agree to advertise Softies products—online and in-store—at MAP or higher.

The minimum advertised price is two times the lineitem wholesale price, less $0.01.

Trans-Shipping

Trans-shipping is not permitted. Any retailer found supplying Softies products to an unapproved location will be subject to immediate account closure.

All selling locations must match the retailer’s approved sales order.

Address Changes & New Store Openings

Please notify Softies in advance of any address, ownership, or store-location changes. All new store openings require Softies approval.

Softies may end a partnership at its discretion if changes conflict with our brand standards.

E-Commerce

All retailers selling Softies online must register their website with us and use Softies-provided hi-res imagery.

Retailers may not sell Softies products on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, or similar sites.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination.

Damages

If an order contains defective items, Softies will replace or refund the product. We may request that defective items be returned at our expense.

For transit-related damage, retailers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Please notify Softies of any defective items within 10 days of delivery and include photos and a description.

Softies is not responsible for lost or damaged goods after delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or store credit.

Orders cannot be canceled once Softies begins processing. Packing and shipping begin immediately after order approval and payment confirmation.

Any change or cancellation must be emailed to wholesale@softiespjs.com before the order is released to FedEx.

While we may accommodate cancellation requests, we are not obligated to do so.

• Restocking fee: 10% of total order

• Late cancellation: retailer is responsible for shipping costs

For defective items not related to carrier damage, Softies may issue a Return Authorization (RA).

Returns must be received within 30 days of RA issuance.

• Only damaged or defective product may be returned.

Retailers are responsible for return shipping unless Softies determines the defect is ours.
