Highlights include: lot 62, an 18th century Italian carved giltwood mirror, the plate within a riband clasped foliate border, est. £800-1,200; lot 79, a pair of Lassco relief cast plaster classical plaques by Peter Hone after Coade stone originals, one plaque features men leading a bull, the other depicts classical figures with a tethered bull, est. £400-600 and lot 92, a large Swedish Gripsholm style beechwood open armchair, est. £250-350, the chair is reminiscent of furniture commissioned by King Gustav III (1746-1792) for his medieval castle, Gripsholm, during the course of renovations undertaken in the 1770s.
