Phyllis Patterson has over 40 years of real estate experience She specializes in properties in historic Old Town Alexandria, Mount Vernon, along the scenic George Washington Parkway, and throughout Northern Virginia, and offers extensive knowledge of waterfront homes, residential land development, and custom home building Phyllis is a Life Member of NVAR’s Top Producers and was named a Top 100 Women Leaders in Real Estate and Top 100 worldwide with Sotheby’s International Realty Phyllis has four children and 5 grandchildren, and currently lives in Old Town with her husband and has loved living so close to Founders Park and the waterfront.

Born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, Britt is a graduate of Virginia Tech, where she earned a degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Real Estate She joined the family business in 2008 after two years working in political fundraising Today, Britt serves as Vice President of The Patterson Group at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and is also an accredited staging professional Britt is a contributing member of the Alexandria Stylebook and was honored by the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce as a 2017 “40 Under 40” recipient, recognizing emerging business leaders in the city. She is the past president of the Junior Friends of The Campagna Center and currently serves on the board of INOVA Alexandria Hospital. She’s also a founding member of Mount Vernon Estate’s Underground Committee. A proud lifelong Alexandrian, Britt is deeply connected to the community she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Geoff (also an Alexandria native), their daughter Georgie, and their puggle, Paisley. Together, they love exploring local shops, dining around town, attending charity events, and spending Saturday mornings at the Old Town Farmers’ Market

Maria is known for her tireless work ethic and her ability to deliver a full-service, white-glove real estate experience, always going above and beyond for her clients She has worked with The Patterson Group since 2013 and consistently displays a keen and comprehensive knowledge of every facet of the real estate process Because Maria grew up in a military family, she is well-acquainted with the moving process, but she has always called Alexandria home She spent most of her childhood living in Waynewood and went on to attend Villanova University, where she majored in Communications and played on the Division 1 lacrosse team for four years.
