After viewing the Mass online receive communion outside the Church at 11 am Sunday. Beginning this coming Sunday, 24 May 2020, we will offer the opportunity for those wishing to receive Holy Communion the opportunity to do so. I have consulted with members of our parish staff and pastoral council, and in light of the NJ Governor’s guidance, and the statement of His Excellency, The Most Reverend Bishop of Trenton; Deacon John and I will be in the front of the church building outside at 11:00 am, Sunday, 24 May 2020 for all those wishing to receive Holy Communion. Plan to arrive before or at 11:00 am. We will remain as long as there is a line. When the last has received we will cease for this weekend. What is expected? View Mass online prior to driving to our Parish Campus; Wear protective mask; Park throughout property including perpendicular on the grass; Form processional line on sidewalks (both sides of church building); Walk from your car to receive the Eucharist as the processional line dwindles; Observe physical distance when among non-family/household members; Physical distancing is the same as when we go to food stores, pharmacies, etc…; Chalk lines are on sidewalks to assist with physical distancing; Maintain an environment of prayer and quiet in preparation to receive the Eucharist; Remove mask (and gloves) as you approach the Eucharist; It is desirable that you receive in the hand; Put mask back in place as walking to your parked vehicle; Please do not congregate on campus or in the parking lot; Upon prayerfully returning to your vehicle make an Act of Thanksgiving; Carefully depart the Church campus as you return home. This is not ideal. It is not required. It is another step toward the restoration of our Catholic Sacramental and Liturgical practice. It is an opportunity for us to offer to receive Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament. We will offer this opportunity each Sunday at 11:00 am until we are given permission to re-open our parish church building for the communal celebration of the Mass. We will not be accepting contributions as you approach to receive the Eucharist. Should you wish to make an offering please place your collection envelope in the Parish Office Mailbox located in the parking lot or you may mail in your collection envelopes.

The church is open for private prayer. Use only the center main doors for
entry & exit. 10 persons or less are permitted at any time. All persons aged 2 years and older must wear a mask or face covering. Observe social distancing of at least 6 feet. To aid in this, please use only the brown chairs provided. Do not sit in the pews. No public gatherings (devotional groups etc) inside the church or on the grounds. Public restrooms are closed. Masses remain suspended and the offices closed until further notice
Sanctuary Lamp Intentions Consider donating the sanctuary lamp that burns in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament in the Church in honor of a living or deceased loved one. The suggested donation is $25. Intentions are available May we who are merely inconvenienced remember those whose lives are at stake. May we who have no risk factors remember those most vulnerable. May we who have the luxury of working from home remember those who must choose between preserving their health or making their rent. May we who have the flexibility to care for our children when their schools close remember those who have no options. May we who have to cancel our trips remember those that have no safe place to go. May we who are losing our margin money in the tumult of the economic market remember those who have no margin at all. As fear grips our country, let us choose love. 2020-2021 Religious Education Please complete the process in a timely manner so that we might provide for the needs of all our children & families. The registration process, including all payments, must be completed before student placement is secured. A final verification will be sent to confirm placement and that the process is complete.
2020-2021 Registration is well underway for all of our Fall Religious education programs that begin in September. This includes the online classes for children in grades 3-6, the Tuesday classes for children in 1st and 2nd grades, and the Sunday classes for our 7th and 8th grades. Please know that we are mindful of adjustments that may need to be made for the health and well-being of all of our participants, There has been information in the parish bulletins that are emailed weekly, as well as on the parish website. Please try to register as soon as possible. It helps us in our efforts to line up teachers and order all of the necessary supplies. August session is FULL July session (July 13-24 ) has some availability on a fist come first serve basis. Requests submitted are subject to availability and a $50 late fee per child.
Outline of Process for completing RE Registration Obtain a My Own Church (MOC) Login. All families seeking Religious Education must be registered parishioners and have a My Own Church (MOC) portal login. The process to create a MOC portal login and receive a temporary password can take a few days. This interface is not mobile device friendly and has been known to have emails blocked by several of the email providers. Request student(s) session & class through the MOC portal Once request is received by RE office, it will be verified and processed, then, an invoice will be created for payment, and be emailed back to family. This email/Invoice will include a web link to make payments through the Online Giving interface. Submit payment through the Online Giving link provided in invoice email.
Please use MOC from a computer as it is known to have issues with tablets and mobile devices.
