FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT — Curator Kyle Sater tells the story of Notre Dame students who, in 1924, fought back against Klansmen planning to rally on their campus.
ON THE LOCAL LEVEL — This naturalization document is a piece of history from South Bend resident Thomas Peter Millea, who obtained U.S. citizenship on July 5, 1938. Immigration is highlighted as playing a part in shaping the history of South Bend and the United States as a whole.
