The Vantage at Village Drive is a collection of newly completed, threebedroom townhomes offering lock-and-leave living just a short, flat walk from the mountain base. THE ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN

Mountain Modern was the design language from the start. Exteriors combine real cedar, natural stone, steel, and glass, materials chosen for both their visual quality and their longevity in a mountain environment. Inside, the same material thinking continues: steel that wraps the fireplaces is the same steel used on the exterior cladding, connecting the outside to the interior in a way that feels intentional rather than decorative. The design team brought a level of craft to this project that is uncommon in attached construction at any price point.
