We are THE Design Team, the creative wing of THE One, but we’re ready to be more than that. We want to stand out, build our own identity, and create content that reflects our vision and personality.
Our goal is to be recognised as THE Design Studio, a growing brand under THE One.
We’ve brought together a team of creative minds and brainiacs to channel our imagination and skills into a new journey. We call it THE Design Studio, and we’re ready to make our own mark.

Studio Operations Director
Clare leads the studio with passion and precision, overseeing projects and teams while keeping everything on track. A natural problem solver, she ensures challenges are met with smart, effective solutions.

Studio Operations Coordinator
Hart keeps our creative world running smoothly. As Studio Operations Coordinator, he manages daily logistics, supports designers, and brings structure and balance to the fast pace of studio life.

Interior Designer

Our foundation and our forte. We’ve spent years helping customers bring their homes to life through personalised styling and curated furniture selections. It’s what we do best, creating spaces that feel thoughtful, cohesive, and effortlessly beautiful.
2 . TURNKEY PROJECTS
We’re ready to take things to the next level. With turnkey design, we deliver the full package, from floors to walls, kitchens to bathrooms, transforming ideas into complete, finished spaces. We’ve built the experience and confidence to take on this challenge and make a lasting impression.
3 . COMMERCIAL PACKAGES
We’ve dipped our toes into the world of commercial design with projects for companies like Emaar, Burtville, and Radient, and we loved it. Now, we’re ready to dive in fully. Our goal is to build trust, showcase what we can do, and bring the same creativity and quality we’re known for into larger, commercial spaces.

As part of this journey, we naturally wanted to refresh our look, to give ourselves a fresh start and create a way for customers to recognise us as a brand in our own right.

LOGO
Our logo has been refreshed while staying true to our signature “THE”. Thomas, our owner, has always been passionate about THE being in all caps, it stands for TOTAL HOME EXPERIENCE. We’ve kept that same flow, with THE in all caps followed by Design Studio, connecting us to the main brand while giving us our own identity.

A smaller version of our logo is simply a bold S., which stands for Studio. It’s a subtle yet distinctive nod to our identity within THE Design Studio, representing our creative spirit and the unique mark we aim to make as a growing brand.
OUR SIGN OFF :
OUR SIGNATURE
We sign off our proposals in a handwritten cursive font, giving it a personal touch and a little hint of the creativity that defines THE Design Studio.
A PERSONAL TOUCH
The smiley face is a little nod to our quirky days at THE One. It’s become our fun touch on sign offs, bringing personality to our work while reminding us that design should always have a playful side.
