Our Group Tours

Travelling as part of a small group can be hugely rewarding, allowing you to meet likeminded wildlife enthusiasts and benefit from the expertise of a naturalist tour leader. We keep groups small for the vast majority of our tours – many are limited to just six people as we believe small group size is essential for maximising good wildlife sightings. Our range of group tours also includes our highly popular Festival of Wildlife groups, plus classic safari group tours and dedicated big cat, bear and whale watching holidays.

Photography Tours & Workshops

We also offer over 60 dedicated small group Photography Tours and Workshops to suit all abilities. Our collection of holidays has been designed to offer the perfect combination of outstanding wildlife viewing, exceptional photography opportunities and expert tuition. All of our holidays are led by expert photographers, most of whom have won awards for their photography and/or work as professional photographers, and have a wealth of technical skills and field experience.

Tailor-made Holidays

In addition to arranging small group tours we excel at tailoring holidays which allow you the freedom and flexibility to travel how, when and where you want to. The vast majority of our small group trips can be offered on a private basis, either as a small private group or on a tailor-made basis for individuals and couples. Contact our expert team to create a holiday to meet your exact requirements.

Join us in 2027 for Costa Rica’s Festival of Wildlife, an immersive, expert-led journey into the heart of Corcovado National Park, described by National Geographic as “the most biologically intense place on Earth”.

With exclusive use of a stunning ecolodge overlooking the Pacific Ocean, explore this extraordinary corner of the Osa Peninsula on guided forest walks and small-boat excursions to Caño Island Biological Reserve, where vibrant marine life awaits.

This jewel in Costa Rica’s ornate natural crown is a symphony of biodiversity. Towering ancient purpleheart trees stretch up to touch dawn as it breaks with the guttural, preternatural chorus of howler monkeys, the distant croak of red-eyed tree frogs, and the rhythmic rasp of a tamandua clawing into a termite mound. Sloths stretch awake in the canopy, jaguars and pumas move unseen through the undergrowth, and brilliant poison dart frogs gleam like jewels on the forest floor. With three per cent of the planet’s biodiversity packed into a single national

park, every moment hums with life. Accompanied by expert naturalists, photographers, and artists, this Festival promises rare wildlife encounters, creative inspiration, and the unforgettable thrill of being exactly where you’re meant to be.

Dominican Republic: Snorkelling with Humpbacks on Silver Bank

Join us on a voyage of a lifetime. Just north of the Dominican Republic lies the Silver Bank, named after a Spanish galleon that reportedly sank with silver in its hold in 1641. Today, the true treasure surfaces between January and April, when up to 3,000 North Atlantic humpback whales gather in these warm Caribbean waters to court, mate and give birth.

Over eight unforgettable days aboard a comfortable 38-metre yacht, you’ll be surrounded by breaching giants, thunderous fin slaps, lobtailing and spy

hopping. With expert guidance, you have the chance to enter the water and swim eye-to-eye, fin-to-foot with these gentle behemoths. Witness courtship rituals and the incredible interaction between mothers and their curious calves, experience the ethereal vibrations of whale song through your bones, and witness extraordinary behaviours few ever see.

Life on board follows the rhythm of the sea. Between snorkelling excursions, enjoy relaxed briefings from naturalist guides, share stories under starry skies, and

soak up the wonder of this remarkable migration. This 8-day journey offers not only unforgettable encounters, but a chance to connect deeply with one of the ocean’s most intelligent and awe-inspiring species, in their world, on their terms.

Falklands Wildlife Photography

The ultimate experience for any wildlife photographer, the Falkland Islands are home to some of the world’s rarest birds and mammals.

Perhaps one of the best-kept secrets, these remote islands offer an astonishing abundance of wildlife, and the relaxed, untouched nature of the setting makes for the perfect environment for close encounters and spectacular photography. With a lack of big crowds or cruise-liner footfall, wildlife viewing here is often intimate and rarely shared with large numbers of people.

This comprehensive itinerary takes you across the Falklands with multi awardwinning wildlife photographer and expert tour leader Kevin Morgans. Capture close-ups and dramatic action shots of the five species of breeding penguins that call these islands home, as they rear their young onshore and hunt for fish at sea. Or delight in the acrobatics of the largest congregation of black-browed albatross as they crowd the shores of their cliffside nesting grounds.

Head an hour offshore from Carcass Island to the spectacular West Point and discover

a vast colony of albatross breeding and feeding along the island’s rugged cliffs.

Sparring elephant seals, floating sea lions, and dolphins surfing waves are also common sightings—perfect additions to a growing collection of diverse and unforgettable portfolio shots.

Client Reviews

As a team of travel experts, helping avid wildlife watchers and photographers have incredible holidays is at the heart of what we do. Over the past year, we’ve sent fellow wildlife enthusiasts all over the globe, from photographing pelicans in Greece to encountering tigers in the jungles of India. Here are some reviews from our clients’ recent trips.

More reviews

"This was an amazing trip, greatly exceeding my expectations in terms of the accommodation and wildlife encounters - seven different tigers in nine separate sightings. A huge variety of birds of all sizes as well as primates, deer species, elephants and otters (on our river safari). I especially liked the small group size - six of us plus our local guide and a lodge driver in one vehicle, meaning we all had the same sightings and experiences. This was my fourth Wildlife Worldwide holiday with two more already booked - excellent support from the UK staff at all stages, with nothing too much trouble for the travel consultants. Highly recommended!"

Sharon T, Nagarhole's Tigers, Wild Dogs & Leopards – March 2025

"Sean made every effort for us to maximise our chances of wildlife encounters with the right conditions for photography, and how to get the most out of our photo captures, or like me to try and see things from another perspective. Thank you so much and I cannot wait for the next trip!"

Emma C, Zimanga Wildlife & Night Sky Photography – July 2024

"We had an amazing holiday in Costa Rica with a small group of eight which was perfect for a guided wildlife tour visiting three locations. The trip was full on but well worth it! We saw sloths, monkeys many amphibians and insects and 166 bird species! The tour programme was very well put together and everything ran smoothly. The accommodation was excellent and the guides were first class. As a returning client I can recommend Wildlife Worldwide as a reliable, professional travel company offering excellent tours."

Lorraine M, Costa Rica's Wildlife Wonders – March 2025

“Having been to Svalbard twice before, this was by far the best trip –a beautifully characterful small ship, superb photographic leadership from Bret, and a passionate team. We had 15 bear encounters, walruses, foxes, belugas, birds, stunning scenery, fast ice walks, and peaceful moments in places big ships can’t reach. It captures your heart and soul.”

Peter O, Svalbard Photo Expedition – May 2025

"Highlights were visiting a new continent (finally) and the opportunity to stay in several different locations with new animals and birds as well as landscapes in each. Local knowledge was great. The guides and drivers in all locations were excellent and the accommodation was of a high standard. Food was fresh and as a vegetarian I had a good choice."

Mary Ann L, Best of Brazil –June 2024

"Another excellent trip organised by Wildlife Worldwide. As always, flights and accommodation and guide all booked up with regular updates on travel plans, so I was kept up to date all the way, which takes such a strain off trying to do things yourself. An excellent trip covering the Savuti and Nxai Pans region of Botswana. Many thanks (again) to Wildlife Worldwide for another great trip."

Neville D, Birds & Mammals of Botswana – March 2025

Photographs in this brochure are courtesy of our kind contributors:

"The Dalmatian pelicans were spectacular. It was an amazing experience all round and one that will stay with me for a long time. Sean is brilliant! I couldn't ask for a better tour leader. He was extremely generous with his advice, pointing out photographic opportunities, selecting and processing images. I hope to work with him again in the future."
