The Multicultural Professional Network (MPN) connects professionals globally, living in Australia, for role model visibility, career opportunities, personal development support, and ultimately to solve our own problems. We are a People and Planet First Verified Social Enterprise, proudly holding an ongoing status as a World Fair Trade Organisation Guaranteed Member. Our vision is to highlight the importance of hiring, retaining, nurturing, and upskilling talent from all backgrounds, with a particular focus on executive sponsorship. We are a women-led, intersectional organisation with a focus on empowering underrepresented talent across all races, ages, ethnicities, sexual orientations, abilities, veteran statuses, and gender identities. Through ImpactSphere, our platform for measurable public good, our mission includes advancing inclusive leadership and driving equitable change.
