This edition of The Moodboarders continues to revolve around the immense patrimony that Milan Design Week brought on, narrating the creatives, their experiences, and the pathways they have traveled. Each reflects on dreams, on wonders, on beauty. Some regard speaking of beauty as gratuitous, seeing as we have bigger things to tackle. But beauty, to be celebrated during a festival in Verona running from May 29 to June 16, 2019, helps resolve these problems, drawing the eye away from the negative, illuminating our thoughts. Design takes on many issues: function, ergonomics, social commentary…but it should never abandon beauty, the very essence of wellbeing.
