It’s been a rollercoaster first twelve months since the market relocated from the old Castle Market but with a huge scheme of re-generation planned for the area The Moor is looking to become one of the premium shopping destinations in the region. An average of 60,000 people a week browse the magificent new market hall

and there is a whole host of schemes planned to make it more accessible in the near future with cheap parking, bus services and a whole host of special offers. Markets have always been known for their variety and spirit, and The Moor is no different. Quality products, a huge range of products and services plus amazingly friendly customer service means The Moor Market is the place to go this Christmas.

WIN TICKETS TO SEE STRICTLY LIVE WITH CRIMBO BINGO As BBC One’s smash hit entertainment show Strictly Come Dancing continues to dominate Saturday night TV the lovely people at the Motorpoint Arena have given us a pair of tickets to give away to a lucky reader for the matinee performance on Tuesday 27th January. Audiences will experience Strictly’s glitz, glamour and breathtaking choreography in this supersized arena spectacular as some of the celebrities and professional dancers from the hugely anticipated twelfth BBC series take to the dance floor to recreate their dazzling moves. The judges will be offering their invaluable wisdom and all important scores, featuring the am-a-zing Craig Revel Horwood, who is directing the live show for the fifth year running. As well as competing for the judges’ scores, the celebrities and their dance partners will vie for votes from the audience, who can text vote via their mobile phones and ultimately decide who wins the prized Glitterball Trophy at each performance.

The Moor Market has listened to customers and opened up the walkway near the butchers to give customers more room to get around and will be open extended hours and 7 days a week from 1st-24 December 8.30am-6pm
