16 slices crispy cooked bacon chopped

2 jalapenos finely minced

1/2 cup green onions chopped
Instructions 1. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to a medium bowl. Using a mixer beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy. 2. Turn the speed to low and mix in 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese. After that add half of the chopped bacon, half of the minced jalapeno, and half of the chopped green onions. 3. In a medium Ziploc bag combine the remaining cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and green onions, and store in the refrigerator. 4. Layout a large piece of plastic wrap on the kitchen counter. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a ball shape and bring up the sides of the plastic wrap to cover the cheese ball. 5. Shape the cheese into a ball and refrigerate it for 6-8 hours or better overnight. 6. Remove the cheese ball about 20-30 minutes prior to serving.

2024 RRSP Contribution and Deduction Limit Rules The RRSP contribution deadline for 2023 is February 29, 2024 Making an RRSP contribution is a great way to plan for your future. By contributing to an RRSP, you may claim a tax deduction which can help to reduce the total amount of income tax you pay. Income earned within the RRSP is also tax deferred until it's withdrawn which may allow you to potentially build a larger retirement fund. To help you get started, we break down the rules on making RRSP contributions, so that you can make the most mileage out of your plan. •
With an RRSP, your contributions may be taxdeductible, meaning that you can possibly claim a tax deduction for the amount you contribute and potentially reduce taxable income when filing your taxes. This means potentially paying less tax and saving more money.

SECOND ANNUAL SIRENS CUP CHARITY HOCKEY GAME On January 27, 2024, Prince George RCMP and the Prince George Firefighters faced-off in the second annual Sirens Cup Charity Hockey Game. The RCMP team took home the trophy this year, beating out the firefighters 4-3 in a shoot-out after being tied in regulation time. "While we are thrilled to have won the round this year, the real focus of the game is raising money for two great charities: Cops for Cancer Tour de North and the Prince George Firefighters Charitable Society. We are all very glad to be able to give back to the communities we serve in such a fun and positive way, while engaging in a little friendly competition at the same time. In total, $6000 was raised and will be divided between the two charities," states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP. In keeping with tradition, Prince George Fire Chief Warner donned the winning jersey and made a donation of his own toward the RCMP’s chosen charity. Once again, this event could not have happened without the incredible support of our community sponsors. A huge thank-you goes out to the Prince George Spruce Kings, P.G.
