Order Requirements:
• Minimum first order: $500 wholesale

• Suggested minimum reorder: $300 wholesale
• Orders under $300 will incur a surcharge
Payment Terms:
All major credit cards accepted; billed at shipment. Payments made after ship date incur a 3% service charge. Net 30 terms available after six months with approved credit.
MAP Policy:
World’s Softest® socks may not be advertised below 25% off MSRP without approval. Approved promotions are limited to three weeks per calendar year.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Must be submitted in writing and confirmed at least 21 days prior to ship date. Late cancellations will incur a restocking fee. Orders without valid payment will be canceled 5 days after the requested ship date. If an account is not in good standing at the requested ship date, they all incentives and promos will be forfeited.
Restocking Fee:
15% plus shipping on refused or unauthorized returns. Issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Backorders:
Out-of-stock items will not be backordered. Inventory is replenished regularly—contact your rep for updates.
Sales Channels:
Products must be sold in-store or on the retailer’s own website only. Third-party marketplaces require approval.
Shipping:
FOB Niota, TN. Special shipping requests must be noted at time of order.

Where Our Socks Are MadeAnd Why It Matters
We're proud to manufacture many of our own socks right in Niota, Tennessee - America's oldest operating hosiery mill. To meet demand we import from trusted partners in South Korea, a country known for textile manufacturing and excellent quality.
At Crescent Sock Company, we understand that "Made in America" is not a standalone solution - its part of a broader strategy. The truth is there aren't many sock mills left in the U.S. - and that's exactly why our role matters. By investing in domestic manufacturing while also leveraging responsible global sourcing, we're able to do what many can't: offer high quality socks at scale without sacrificing cost or reliability. We import strategically to meet demand, support U.S. jobs, and keep our Tennessee mill operating - not to replace it.
